Doesn't Paypal accept Affiliate programmes?

yes they do, they do have limitations but just conatct them and they will send you a list of can dos and can;t dos.

Yes but on a limited basis, you wil have to call customer service and contact their tech department for guidelines

i had too it only took a week but worked out just fune.
