Yes she did. I did not like the dark shades they chose for her. She looked gothic or gaunt which was a bad bad look for her.

She does look sorta crazy, yeah.  I never liked that weird wig on her anyway, and she is making the weirdest face ever.

I might be slightly biased though, because I miss Heather Tom's portrayal of Victoria and am not a huge fan of Amelia Heinle's portrayal of the character.

I think it is because she wears such a harsh dark lipstick & her lips are strange.  The wig was not cute.

Well she looks attention grabbing and "edgy" which is what attracts buyers to magazines. You'll see similiar photos on a lot of magazine covers. But I certainly dont think she looks pretty.
