When you are talking about a historical account, as in Genesis, the burden of proof is on those who would dispute the eye-witness account to:

a) Show the eye-witness is not credible

or b) Provide another (credible) eye-witness with an account that refutes the first

No. Agnostic beats atheist, agnostics believe that there may or may not be a god, but that until some irrefutable proof is provided they will not believe.

But apart from that I'd say yeah Athiests probably have a better chance at being right than any religion

Atheists don't win because it's not a contest.  As an Atheist, I want the truth whatever it may be.  My problem is, I need to see some evidence to support the claims before I can consider.  I can't believe in God just because the church says so.

Christians BELIEVE in God, does not KNOW God

if you are atheist, why is there death if that is the end?

An absence of evidence is not proof that no evidence exists.   We still know to little about the universe and its history to give a reasonable answer to your question.   We just do not know.
