Doesn't it make you sick that they are releasing Casey Anthony (mom of missing FL tot)?

I can't believe that someone actually is bonding this woman out! She is so obviously guilty of either murder, involuntary manslaughter, or hiding that Caylee was accidentally killed. She's lied so much! She borrowed a neighbor's shovel around the time Caylee went missing! She also seems very EGOTISTICAL, doesn't she? Look at those pics. at the clubs when her poor little girl is supposedly missing. It's sickening. I think they have enough circumstantial evidence to hold her but then again, I'm not a lawyer. I hope they get to the bottom of this really soon and Casey should really be in HUGE TROUBLE for causing law enforcement so much money and time in the search effort and investigation as well as all the good samaritans out there taking time out of their busy lives to help find Caylee. She's a very sick woman.

  1. We all know she killed her little girl.  She a lying piece of $h*t.  Who can take their on childs life?  Heartless Devil.

  2. I just pray Caylee is alive, I know its highly doubtful at this point.

I don't know if her mother is guilty or not, but as of right now she is innocent until proven guilty. The DA on the case should have bent over backwards to get a very high bail or remand without bail.

It's a very sad situation all around

      Don't tread on me

  3. Yeah...she's a s***k.  She's def up to something!  I really think she accidentally killed her daughter and is trying to cover it up...and the guy who is bailing her out is obviously in it for the publicity...they make me sick!

  4. They have no choice but to let her out on bond right now.

Her parents are blindly supporting her against their better judgment.  I think that when the truth finally comes out, her parents are going to be eating crow and be out a LOT of money and respect.

  5. i agree

  6. Circumstantial evidence might be strong but if the police had anything bail would of been higher........also if she is guilty , the police will have a much easier time proving it if she screws up or says something or even get a guilty conscience.

But circumstantial evidence does not make you guilty as a lot of innocent people released after years in prison can tell you - like the guy who spent 16 years in prison before DNA proved it wasn't him.

  7. Until the next Patriot Act is passed by congress, a person is considered innocent until proven guilty. Casey Anthony appears to be guilty of lying to everyone and changing her story.

What if there is a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez who has killed this child? What if Casey was merely helping cover up the crime or was framed?

From what I've read, the case against Casey is very circumstantial at this point. How would you feel if you were innocent and being convicted by the press. America used to be home of the witch hunt, let's not get too excited just yet and let's try to get to the truth.

  8. IDK. But the US system is innocent until proven guilty.

  9. Last I heard she is not getting out.  She was suppose to get out his morning.  Where did you hear this?  I live in FL and the only news they will show is the tropical storm so we are kind of blacked out.

EDIT:  BTW, I do agree with you.  "Mom" knows exactly where her baby is.  I live in FL and have heard everything on the news, not the national enquirer.  I'm sorry, but they need to take her into a back room and force her to talk.  I bet if she weren't a young white woman they would have gotten the info already.  This is a racist state.   I know for a fact it is, when they have similar cases like these and the mom looks a certain way, they do not coddle her like they do Casey.

  10. i havent heard anything about this is there a link to this article or something i want to read about it

  11. Don't believe everything you read in the Enquirer, dear. You can't let tabloids rule your life. You don't know if she's guilty or not. This isn't even a question, it's just someone ranting about something she thinks. Big deal. I pray for that little girl, but I pity you for spending your day following other peoples' lives because you have nothing better to do. Innocent until proven guilty. Bring me some proof, then rant.

  12. Why are you worried? Florida likes to keep the jails full and we all know that anyone that commits murder is found guilty by our legal system. Unless they are rich or also lawyers. Now you know why OJ lives in Florida.

But he didn't kill anyone, ask any lawyer?

  13. Jan, you're basing your  remarks on emotion, not logic.  The lady is entitled, as is every person accused of a misdeed, to a full and complete hearing.  There wasn't enough evidence to take before a grand jury.  And don't forget, one should never be convicted on the basis of circumstantial evidence.

As far as whether or not she's an egotistical person - I'd say anyone who would presume to judge her based on what little skewed and distorted images are presented in the press is more than a little bit egotistical, too.

What's the old saying - judge not lest ye be judged likewise - in other words, you'd not want to be measured by the same yardstick you're using on her.

  14. Everyone is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in this country. The media has already convicted her, but that's no reason for her to stay in jail. As of now, she has two  pretty minor charges against her, and has the same rights as everyone else.

Hey, i don't like her either. I think she killed her kid. But, until there is a trial and evidence, that's not for you and me to decide.
