I think it speaks volumes about how the Justice Dept has operated under the Bush Administration.

Here is a home grown terrorist, someone who was obviously unstable, killing fellow Americans, and the Justice Dept cannot find him, or make a case against him.  This happened over 5 years ago, but since then the Justice Dept has been more worried about hiring and firing based on politics, and not doing the job they swore to do.  Remember, they swear to God to uphold the Constitution and enforce our laws. But instead they politicized the DOJ and turned it into a bunch of keystone cops.

Bush cannot find this guy, why is anyone surprised the Bin Laden is still running around free.
