SIZE MATTERS - In 40 years, no Dem has emerged from his convention with a Poll Bounce smaller than 16 points (and as high as 30).

Obama's, at 8, is half the smallest-ever...hence Obama has set a modern record for post-convention bounce, DOWNWARD.
