Doesn anyone know of a "Taco Stand" that caters at parties in the El Paso, TX Area?

We are having a family reunion in El Paso, TX and I am from LA. Here in LA we have "El Taquero", who is basically a man that provides his services at parties and caters to your request like a taco stand. Very easy and tasty. A big hit at parties. I need to know if there is something like that in El Paso, TX.

There should be many try El Taco Tote or Carnitas Queretaro by the way try Chicos Tacos i  dont think they cater but its a good traditional restaurant to eat especially after you party
