WWE limits everyone's moveset. They tell John Cena and everyone else which moveset to have. They can't have unlimited moves because then some of the other superstars might be unaware of that move. They never have time to practice so many moves.

etc...

all the good wrestlers who have wrestled around the world (C.M Punk, Rey Mysterio) need bigger pushes

they do use proper talent alot more on SD but the show isn't as big as it should be. If you watch old tapes of some of smackdowns biggest stars and compare them to the in ring preformers of raw you'll see how poor the raw brand is.

(and an optinal sixth)STFU

he uses these at the end of every match because he's a comeback face, and they want him to look like he is on like rampage mode, so they make him own with 5 moves then teh match ends.

that is pretty much his whole moveset.

No, it is limited. WWE doesn't want Cena to get hurt so they limit his moveset to moves that won't get him hurt
