Doesnt dehumidify

Question

took out filter to clean. after replaceing filter it sounds like its working but its not.I bought it 2 weeks ago and it worked fine but now its not warm on the exhaust side like it was and there is no water coming out.You can hear the compessor kick in but the humidity is climbed by 20 points in 2 days
