It's hard to know without a pic but he sounds really attractive- I guess I'd rate him a . . . 81/2? again no pic, I can't say for sure. Just a warning though- just because he's nice to you doesn't mean he's interested romantically- though you must be very intelligent and mature for skipping that many grades, there's a big difference between entering middle school and entering high school. He might just be a nice guy who feels bad you're not being treated right and is trying to make you feel more comfortable.
