  1. I think you just have weak wrists...try exersizing them and warming them up before playing. Luck!

  2. When you pass it hurts?

Or when you hit it hurts?

Well, either way, you shouldn't be hitting the ball with your wrist.

It should it your sweet spot.

When you pass, your arms should be out in front of you with elbows locked.

Make sure the ball hits right in between your elbows and wrists.

So it's hitting your arm and not your wrist.

I have this problem too. Cause the ball move in the air and it's hard.

But watch the ball hit your arms.

Have your eyes always watch the ball.

Before and after you play, strech them out a little.

Like put them on the floor and rock back and forth.

then flip them over and do the same..

If the pain is unbearable, go to a doctor.

If you fell or something recently, you may have fractured something.

When I broke my wrist, I didn't know until 4 days later!

It hurt really bad, But I have a high pain tolerance..

  3. It shouldn't hurt too much, but then again im just used to it. Try letting the ball hit your forearm rather than your wrist if the pain is unbearable or just play through it. Also try some wrist warmups before each game.

Volleyball isn't that bad, I learned to love it, and i think if you keep trying you'll learn to love it too.
