Dog Affection............?

Question

My st bernard is always wanting to l**k my toes. He loves to do this and sometimes i let him do it. I actualy like it it tickles and feels good! The only problem is that he slobbers a ton and leaves slobber all over my toes. Does your dog do this? Does he slobber. Should i let him do this? Should i just wipe the slobber off?

I guess that would be a personal choice you have to make. I don't see anything wrong with it.

My puppy is a Saint Bernard Boxer mix and he loves to chew on my toes and fingers i let him do cause i can't really stop him yes i do wipe the slobber off. And it dose feel good, lol !!

I don't see anything wrong with it if my feet are clean.

All dogs slobber, some more than others. Pharaoh slobbers a lot after

drinking a lot of water. It's normal. Just wipe it off.

Sometimes they l**k your toes because they are nervous, sometimes it is to get the salt off your body, if you are diabetic, it is the sugar.  If it doesn't bother you, let him l**k your feet, then clean up the slobber.  No one loves you like your dog.
