Normal cleaning is about $150 in Wisconsin. Add more for an extra large breed or for a risky tiny breed or senior dog at risk from being put under. Also add more if they find out the dog has a gum disease or needs teeth pulled.

Over a hundred dollars if you go to the vet clinic. If your pet becomes too anxious they can sedate it, and the vet is there to administer the medication

Some grooming salons have their own dental scaling equipment and they charge  a little less (around 75-80 dollars). How they make the dogs less fearful without sedation might be interesting so ask questions.
