Dog breeds for sled team?

Question

I know that the most common breed of dog used in dog sled teams are Alaskan Huskies & Alaskan Malamutes. I'm looking to see if there are any other breed of dog available to purchase that are built/bred for the same task? Please let me know :) Thanks

Aside from the two you mentioned, a Samoyed might be a good choice. Just keep in mind that if you are planning on buying one, the hair is horrible. We have a Siberian and a Husky and are not planning on having anymore long haired dogs.
