Dog daycare business?

I am thinking of starting a doggy daycare business, we have none in my area. Aside from needing at least 1-2 acres of land, what else would you suggest I have..and more important is there a demand for such a job?

On the timing - it is a plain Q of demand-supply. Do you think because of economy, demand for such a service be any less?

What else do you need other than space?

Covered space for bad weather.

Close access to a vet (or get one to visit your place regularly for additional service commission)

Storage for food - enough refridgerators.

Lastly - Patience to deal with unruly dogs... :-)
