Dog got lump after stomach surgery?

my dog just went for a surgery to remove some object in her stomach . After 2 days of the surgery , the doctor wants us to take our dog back home and remind us not to let her jump and run for 10days but i tell them i cant stop my dog from doing this as i cant 24hrs look at her . Today is the 4th day and i notice my dog have a lump on the stomach and it's hard . Anyone could advise me and tell me what is it ?

  1. It's probably scar tissue.
