  1. phone the R.S.P.C.A. no dogs deserve to be put in rain. throwing pepper on the dog makes u just as bad as the owner. its cruelty!

  2. maybe you could knock on his door and ask him to bring his dog in..if not that is animal cruelty and he should not have a dog to leave out in the rain..throwing pepper at him will not shut him up..its not the dogs fault its the stupid owners fault..

  3. open your neighbours gate so the dog runs off never to return

  4. i dont think your crul. i think that you should go to the rspca and see if they cn help his being crul to the dog.

  5. Why dont you try help it rather than yourself

Call RSPCA - DOGSTRUST - Police - anything - save the dog it deserves better than stuff thrown in its face! and yeh it is sick thworing stuff at it - would you like it if you were stuck out in the rain , freezing, lonely and unhappy - i think not

  6. Its not the dogs fault someone has left it out in the rain and if you injure it you could be up in court.

You need to keep phoning the police and report it or get in touch with the RSPCA as it is cruel to leave an animal out in bad weather.

  7. call and report them, or you could do what i did to my neighbor and cut an add out of the paper for a bark control collar and left it with a note threatening to call the cops for noise pollution taped to their front door. it's the owners who need punished, not the dog.

  8. If dog has hurt a child and is bing a total nusisence then CALL THE POLICE... let them deal with it.  If that does not work then talk to a lawyer  or sue them in small claims.  I guess lost wages from lack of sleep might b your damages. REcord and or video the situation.   good luck  You might try a remote bark controller there is one I found and recommended and I think I starred the question if you want to look.

  9. No please do not harm the dog in any way. This sounds more like an owner problem then a dog problem.

I would contact the Anti cruelty Society or police in your area and detail how the dog has been mistreated (like leaving it out in the rain) and perhaps they will take it away.

  10. First of all its not the dogs fault, the dog learns from its owner so talk with them.  I would phone the RSPCA and say the dog is being mistreated, its always the dogs who get the blame, DONT throw pepper in its eyes, and DONT give it grapes like the first moron said.  Listen to some music on headphones, or watch the tv.   DONT DO WHAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE SAID, LEAVE THE DOG ALONE, DONT TRY AND GET IT IN YOUR HOUSE IT MAY BECOME AGGRESIVE.

  11. It's not the dogs fault it was stuck with a seriously S****y owner. Call animal control, simple as that.

  12. The dog has been abused.  It has been neglected and the last thing you should be doing is adding to it.  Shame on you.

It's not the dogs fault--throw the pepper on the owner.

    Ugh poor poor dog....

  13. report him again and again until the council does something, keep a log of the times this mut keeps barking.

  14. Don't be mean to the dog. Any problems the dog has is from his owner. Report it to the SPCA and they will do what they can.

  15. Hmmmm!! If you are in the U.K you could call your local environmental health officer and get them to serve a noise notice.

  16. if it doesn't have a dog house, that is considered cruelty to animals and the humane society should come pick it up and prosecute the owners.  if you have already filed complaints and call again, the law enforcement officers should also come pick it up and prosecute for noise ordinance violations.  call both and tell them something needs to be done now.

  17. As a county employee for my area I have heard it all as the Zoning and Ordanence officer as a desk in my area of operations. The best thing I could offer is to check your area local ordanance regulations as the dog could be considered in violation of a noise ordanance plus the Nasty neighbor will get a fine (sometimes they have to learn to take responsibility the hard way). In addition I would contact the local ASPCA as they whould have knowledge of local guideline and they as an organization will have desire to insure the well being of the dog.

Unfortunately Bad owners seem to always want a pet, but not the responsiblity that goes with having one.

One of my neighbors had a dog get injured and didn't take it to the vet.....it's leg got ganegreen and pretty caused it to end up being put down as infection spreed.....I found it and carried it to the door as I was concerned.....they knew about it said it was like that for weeks but didn't want to go to the vet....so the dog ended up being put down....2 weeks  later she got a puppy for their kids!!! Some people should just be shot.

I understand your fustration thou and hope this reply helps somewhat.

  18. Use your head.  Being mean to the dog makes you just as bad as it's owner.

Simply make a phone call about noise and cruelty.

  19. What kind of sick, cruel and perversely sadistic person are you to want to hurt a dog that is obviously already neglected and hurting?

Call Animal Services and report the owner for leaving the dog outside like that - it is animal neglect, but don't hurt the animal for something it can't help.  The dog is barking because he is neglected, lonely, who knows, hungry, hurting - have some empathy here and put the blame where it belongs - on the idiot owner.

  20. Tell your annoying neighbour to buy the mutt a muzzle.

  21. It's not the dogs fault, what kind of owner would leave their dog in the back esp when it's raining. Call the humane society so that they'll take the dog away and give it to someone else who'll take better care of it. The owners an idiot!

  22. Hi Anna: you know my friend "Dogs are protected by

ASPCA Org also it answers Pets  who need help by Volunteers

absolutely very important among community service projects

but let the Animal Humaine Society  decide that Animal

should be put in a local Animal Shelter "

  23. You are not sick or cruel, dog enthusiasts know no bounds for the bad behavior of their untrained animals, that they bought on a whim and take no responsibility for. You have a right to some peace and relaxation in your own home, unfortunately you'll have to go through channels endlessly to bring the irresponsible dolt of an owner to heel.

  24. Take the dog in your house and towel him off. Give him a warm meal and a nice soft bed to lay on. When the owner comes home tell him you just adopted his dog. Now, isn't that a nicer thing to do than throwing pepper in a dog's face that is already being abused? Shame on you.

  25. I can only imagine what this poor dog is going through. If he is being treated this way why can't you see he is already in pain.He is being treated terribly and screaming for help that is not coming. Why would you even think about hurting him even more by throwing pepper in his face.If this noise is past 10 at night call the cops-it is against the law for people to allow any noise to disrupt the peace. After a few calls the cops will then turn him in they will get the results you cannot. If the dog is lucky they will take him away and then maybe he stands a chance at a life.I understand you are annoyed but please think about this from the dogs point of view,he needs help.Tilks Mom

  26. NOOO DONT DO ANYTHING TO IT PLEASE..... JUST CALL THE HUMANE SOCIETY AND LET THEM TAKE CARE OF IT.

  27. I know how you feel.  My neighbors have a little yappy dog that is a total psycho.  We just bought a house, so we are moving...  thank GOD!!!

I understand your anger and frustration.  It is maddening.  Call animal control.  They can come pick the dog up.  If you throw pepper in it's face, you will not like the consequences.  The dog will whine, cry and yip (definitely NOT a better noise).  The dog may become very aggressive.  You could get in big trouble with the law.   You cannot shoot the dog, nor can you throw pepper in it's face.  Both actions are considered animal cruelty.

I know that in your head, you are thinking, "Kill, kill, kill! Redrum!!!!!"  When the neighbor at our old house had a dog like that, my mother told the woman that she would have her evicted if she did not do something about her dog.  The lady had her dog trained (my mom means business!!!).
