I'm dog sitting for a coworker and his little poodle lifted his leg and peed on the drawer of my oven overnight. It's a brushed stainless steel finish. I've tried stainless steel cleaner, window cleaner, baking soda, a lemon, and pine-sol. What else can I try to erase his 'mark'?

Any suggestions?

  1. pure white vinegar

  2. Ammonia might work.

  3. I had a male cat do the same thing to my dishwasher...I used some of the pet stain and odor remover on it. You can pick up a bottle at Wal-Mart for around $5.00. If that does not work, you may want to try one of the Mr. Clean Magic erasers and just keep working on it until it comes out. It may take a couple of days though.

Also when you clean, if you are using water with what ever, get it as hot as you can stand it and then scrub. Use soemthing with a scrubber on it, like a sponge. Paper towels or washclothes don't scrub very well.
