  1. Usually they will do it naturally. If it doesn't come natural to them, I wouldn't try to train them to be that way. It is dangerous and could lead your dog to attack someone. Then they will sue you for the medical bills and damages and you could possibly be arrested. Maybe you should learn how to snarl for yourself!

  2. what is wrong with you?! teaching a dog to snarl (which i dont even think can be done) permanently shifts their personality and they will do it the rest of their lives, eventually to you. this is like all those people who go and buy pitbulls because they look mean and train them to fight everyone and other dogs. why dont you go ask one of them? might get arressted though

  3. Please do not teach your dog aggressive behavior, if they ever hurt someone then the dog may be put down, and it isn't because they are a bad dog, but a dog that was taught bad behavior.

People spend thousands of dollars to get their dogs to behave. Please keep your dog nice.

  4. Its never a good idea to train your dog to be aggressive or to display aggressive behavoirs.

Dogs trained for protection and attack are best left in the hands of experienced professionals.

If you feel the need for self-defence.. then take a self-defence class, or carry pepper spray.

  5. One thing you can do is to teach your dog to bark on command. Most dogs get excited and start barking when they hear certain sound triggers, e.g. doorbell, squeaky toy, etc.  So say "speak" or "bark" then ring the doorbell. When your dog starts barking, mark it (yes/good) then praise and treat him.

You usually want to pair "speak" with "quiet". So let him bark for a bit, then say "quiet". As soon as he stops, even for a second, mark it (yes/good) and treat and praise.

I wouldn't train for more aggressive displays like growling, snarling, lunging, etc. Doing so may cause people aggression (even to friends) and dog aggression (even to neighborhood dogs).

  6. is there another way to solve this problem?

Is there an adult you could talk to about this mean person?

Try to think of someone who could help you.

  7. You can't train a dog to snarl! How would he  understand ? Listen boy just snarl at the dude when I tell ya you but don't  really mean it just scare him a little. You would have to train him to "sick em" and you control the leash and hope he doesn't get away. L O L
