  1. she may be constipated, have an irritated colon, or she may have a blockage.. call the vet.

  2. She may be just constipated or perhaps could have an intestinal blockage. At any rate she should be seen by a vet. Not defecating is definitely not normal by any stretch of the imagination.

  3. VEt as soon as possible she may be constipated but there could be an underlying problem causing this. some can be life threatening

  4. That happens to my dog every now and then .It means shes constapated .All u have to do is give her some caned pumkin filling.Thats what my vet told me and its worked so far.

  5. Check her backside to make sure it's not stuck up w. dried..... well you know... If so a warm soak in a bath will help... if she's not visibly stopped up... give her some canned pumpkin... NOT the pumpkin pie mix... 100% pumpkin... it will help with constipation and diareah... and it's extreamly good for them... start with a couple of table spoons... My pups (back when they had the problem, Loved it and it did help)

At the first availble time you need to get your dog to the vet to make sure there's no blockages from the inside...

But with my experience a few doses of 100% pumpkin helps...

P.S. Lots of excersize helps a lot! Besides fiber, excersize is a backsides best friend! Gets the insides moving around... play some fetch or just run around with her a while.

  6. If she can't p**p she is either constipated or their could be an intestinal blockage. If she can't pee it's much more serious although an intestinal blockage can be fatal too. She needs to see a vet.

  7. she is constipated. Take her to the vet and get her an e***a.

  8. Has she been able to eat and drink?  If so she's probably just constipated.  If she isn't taking anything in than she might have eaten something bad and now it's stuck.  Either way she needs to get to a vet ASAP.

  9. Sounds like she is impacted. take her to vet ASAP. Something is wrong

  10. She is most likley constipated, you should and need to take her to the vet so they can help her.

  11. You need to take her to the vet. She may eaten something (a rock, a sock) that has blocked her bowel. I hope she gets better soon! Good luck!

  12. well a cheap, and strange solution to the constipation is butter. i do this with my pups when they have problems sometimes. if it is not too serious of an issue i take a big spoonful of margarine, let them l**k it off and turn em out. they will still have issues the first few times maybe but it gets it out. and it may take longer than a few minutes to work depending on the level of problem, so just be patient. try it- its cheap and easy, if that doesnt work and e***a from your vet will have to work
