Doggie Door Creativity!?

Question

Ok I have a 50lb dog, and a 80lbs dog, and a 15lb cat lol. Well our cat keeps getting out the doggie door, so I was thinking of putting something on it to weigh it down.

But what? Any ideas on something i can get from the hardware store thats cheap, but not too hard or sharp?

We looked into those locking doggie doors. $100 or more for the X-large...so thats out our budget.

Try a spring or a spring hinge. The dogs would be able to push it open, but not the cat.
