Hai ! Yes ofcourse smokey is a suitable name for a male puppy.My puppy's name is lucky.She is a mixture of brown and white.I have a male puppy too.His name is Oscar...Say my hai to smokey...

My dogs name is Yoda

but smokey is weird on a red dog unless you are referring to the hot dog. My girlfriend has a daschound and she called the dog Espresso
