im takin my two shitzus to america they are both black andwhite 2 months old very short enough to fit in the seat infront of me i live in london and im goin to californa anahiem im goin to go heathrow airport but will they allow gizmo and roxie (my shihtzus) on the plane on heathrow airport blease reply o theres a lil bit till summer

  1. Some airlines allow them on the plane if they are in a carrier and small enough to fit under the seat. I would call the airline and see what their policies on this are.

    Also, they will be in quarantine for a while when they come to the USA and when they return back to the UK, I would see if I could arrange a dog sitter, it would be less hassle.

  2. call your airline ahead of time, see if the flight you are on allows animal transfers.  You will need to have them both in certified carriers, and will probably not be allowed to sit with you on the plane, they will likely be somewhere else.  However, you should be aware that if you plan to bring them to the US and the back to the UK, they will be in a 6 month quarentine when you return to the UK.
