Whenever I got to a restaurant with a wide range of food, I find they don't do anything very well. Go to a specialty place. For instance, there's this sushi place near me called Kaya and below the bar's counter top, there is a huge aquarium. Also When you walk in, there's a wall of water serving as a curtain between the tables and the outside. The atmosphere is great and so is the food.

a restaurant with a wide range of foods..

from pastas to fajitas.. from pizza to steak.. etc, etc.

the atmosphere should be comfortable and down to earth..

i like restaurants that play music, feel more like a pub or bar than a fancy shmanshy place..

the colours should be dark with accents of bright colours..

decorative lighting..

neat wall hangings..

etc etc
