  1. I dont know why it would be better after you run. Just a tip, never, ever do lunges right before you run, especially competitively. It tires out your legs.


  2. I do them. I kinda worry about over working the muscles that I had just used for running and if my knees are getting over worked too, but I do it anyway! lol I just make sure to ice my knees if I'm sore after.
