Question:

Doing a split in a small amount of time. help please.?

I would like to do a side split and front split in a short amount of time.

I'm not saying in five seconds or on my first try (unless there is a such thing lol) jk

but the fastest you can think of.

Some stretches or a workout or whatever works the fastest and the most effective.

  1. You probably won't like these answers but - yoga or ballet classes. They will give you optimal stretching routines and will force you to work on the stretching because heck, you paid for the classes!

    Otherwise, go to your local gym and ask onje of the personal trainers for some "tips" (so you don't have to pay!) on strecthes to do and they will show you.
