  1. Well depending on what area your in, the prices can come in all over the board. then it will be how your house is laid out when it comes to getting sheetrock in the house. then tape and mud ready to paint finish. I have seen guys that will charge $25.00 a sheet and then I have seen them charge $75.00 so it all depends on where your at in the country every one has a different rate and installing some times. I would call get some guys out. tell them what you want and then see how they come in with prices, I would take the middle of the road guy, I would do a check for license, insurance, and call BBB in your area and check. also make sure that there are payments to be made as work  is completed, I hate to hear when people give all the money up front and then they get burned, That stuff don't help the industry. Good luck

  2. 25 cents per square foot.

  3. Frankawitz is right about the area of the country. I live in North Carolina, and all the housing problems the rest of the country seems to have, don't count here. They are still building, and it is very hard to get a sheetrock hanger.I would think under normal conditions $50.00 a sheet complete is about right. 8/1

  4. i recently paid $10 a sheet for a 1200 sq house to be redone..
