  1. Anything that makes your muscles stronger will help your running.  Your stomach and butt muscles (if developed) will help your stamina.

Do basic crunches and jumping exercises (frog jumps).  This alone will do wonders.  Hopping on either feet will build your calves to help you run better as well.

  2. Best muscles to build up for better running are the abs, legs and back muscles! Do a lot of squats, sit-ups and pulling exercises for the back. And don't forget your calf muscles. Help you with your stride.

  3. Running should help for running.

The best way to get better at an exercise is to do it.

  4. belief it or not when you run it uses almost every muscle in your body

core is one of the morst important things to develop if athletics

it alows you to support your torsos body weight taken pressure off or legs core

you do not need to work on them for hours a simple 15min workout will develop them just fine

i do abes everyday and all you have to do is alternate from upper abe workouts to lower abe workouts

    for example

monday(upper abs): 4sets of 20 for crunches, curl ups, sit ups

tuesday(lower abs): 2sets of 1min 6inch leg lifts, bicycles, jackknives

    then repeat

you can adjust the reps to however ud like and u can use a 10lbs weight to ad sistence for crunches and sit ups

  5. do it 40 hours per week
