  3. If you mean to turn everything else to greyscale (black and white) and leave only the one color, here's what I do:

    1) Duplicate the image.

    2) Convert the duplicate to greyscale.

    3) Paste the greyscale duplicate on top of the colored original.

    4) Zoom in real close and, on the greyscale top layer, use the eraser tool to erase only the portions that you want to show through in color.

    5) Merge the layers (Merge Visible).
