Dollars and dibble board game, limited edition..i have one of the few,but no rules...anyone out there help?

basically, this game is a bit naughty...ie: the main theme is crime and drugs, it comes with an amazing board to play on, and with a set of rules that you wont find in the scrabble boxes....extremely interesting but you wont find the parents playing it at the xmas dinner table???
