Domain Control Panel not there?

Last week I moved and my verizon email was disabled. My yahoo smallbusiness account was tied onto that one and I cannot login to either. They gave me option to move it all to a new yahoo mail account which i have done. Then i go to smallbusiness.yahoo.com/services - it just loads back with the index.php ending.

I contacted yahoo via phone, the guy said to update my wallet account and i don't know what to update there. I clicked edit services and it takes me back to the small business page, the main page with no domain control panel or anything.

help on this is greatly appreciated, Thank you!

Seems to be either billing issue or technical problem with Yahoo! Team itself.

The phone support of Yahoo! is pathetic but their email support are much better than phone support.

Why don't you try send mail to the customer care to look into this and do ask whether its billing concern causing your Domain Control Panel not to reflect when you login or its Technical problem with Yahoo!

call account verification dept of yahoo! to verify if you have successfully merged your acct to yahoo!. it could take up to one week before information can be completely transferred to a new yahoO! id.
