Domestic Violence and Process to fix papers?

hi, I'm married and my wife is a citizen she is fixing my papers, i got my W. permit , we have the interview already and they recently just ask me for more documents. to verify our marriage any way i sent the documents.,this is since 09/2007. She also is fixing my 16 years old single daughter whicht 08-18-08 she just got her W. permit.Ok the ? is :

My wife hit me and cuteith a knife last week she went to court plait no contest and the court told her all the stuff that she has to do and pay.

How can this issue help us or affect us to my daugtme on or process to finish the papers.

What should I do help please us.
