i would to know how to design domestic hot water recirculation for big building sizing,layout for loop and how we can show in drawing

scrap that idea and move to an on demand water system.

For large buildings, it should be properly sized by a professional. An incorrect pump or pipe size (either too large or too small) will cause nothing but grief!

depends on more than i can write here.  the smaller the pipe, the faster the water will rifle through the pipe which can be a problem not to mention an incorrectly sized pump.

basically you tie your pipe onto hot water from the furthest fixture and bring it back to the water heater for a complete loop.

be sure it is on a timer and the smallest pump is used.  your pump will need to be sized by a competent plumber or motor company.  if the water heater is in a deep basement there have been times where it relies on gravity and a pump is not really necessary.
