Domestic price and export price?

When the domestic price of a product drops, the export price of that product will drop too, as long as the exchange rate doesn't change. However, how to use law of one price and the formula for real exchange rate to explain this?

  1. Products produced in this country becomes cheaper and consequently quantity demanded from this country rises, it also rices demand for currency thus appreciating domestic currency back.
