Domestic usa travel with an expired i-94w?

i was wondering if i could fly to another state in the usa. i have a valid UK passport but an expired I-94w. im illegal in the usa now and am moving to be with my wife to be in another state. is there any risk flying with the expired I-94w or do they not really check for domestic flights ?

The airlines and TSA only require photo ID for domestic flights - it doesn't even have to be a passport for a non-citizen.

However, being able to fly on a domestic flight doesn't address your problem. You will be deported + not allowed to return to the USA if you don't resolve the legal problem.  You need to consult an immigration attorney immediately.
