  1. The Dometic RM 190 only operates on propane and 12-volts. The controls consist of a gas valve, electric switch and gas thermostat.
    right near the gas valve is the switch that is positioned so the 12-volts can only be activated when the gas valve is off.
    The 12-volts doesn't have a thermostat and is designed to be used only when towing.
