  1. i think it would be viernes santo (good friday) or their independence in febuary.


  2. Samana Santa ( Holly Week) this year from 17 to 23 of march 2008.

  3. There are several, we are very patriotic so February 27 is our independence day so we have the carnival. We are very religious therefore good Friday, January 21 is Our Lady of Altagracia and December 24 (Jesus B-Day) is big for us also.
