I have a Booste mobile unlimitied phone and i want to know if I can txt to the usa from the dominican republic (DR) for free?

Im leaveing soon on a trip and wanna know if i can get it for free out there or not and be ready to change up the Bill lol thanks a head of time.

Check with the service provider, I think you have to rent a special plan for the time of your vacations here in the Dominican Republic. Anyway enjoy it!
