Dominican Republic!?

Question

I moved from the DR when I was 7, and now live in Ohio with an American. I haven't met any Dominicans in all eleven years i've been here? Why is that?

They are not very many people of Dominican heritage in Ohio.

everybody here loves Dominicans. So we grab them up and hide them in our basements. I here they are very s**y women and good cooks.

think about it... ohio is high up and far away and all the up north. Dominican republic is like... an island far south. thats why

Most Dominicans like big city and popular too.

But i also think there is some Dominicans in Ohio (i know there some in cleveland, but not so many.) USA has almost a million Dominicans and they are everywhere even in Hawaii and Alaska. I am sure you are going to meet to someone anyday!!

Maybe that the few Dominican don't move in the same social places has you are. Or maybe there are no Dominicans over there.

So yes most Dominicans gather in areas where there is a lot of good jobs and big cities. Most Dominicans also come to the U.S to avoid the hot temperature so not as many Dominicans in Cali, but there are a lot in Georgia, Florida, New York, Boston, North Carolina, and Houston Texas.
