Are there any Dominicans in the San Jose, Costa Rica area? Specifically, I'm looking for Dominican hair salons or beauticians that can do a good hair blow out on curly hair. Thanks!

Yes there is one called Salon Mar y Mar. It is owned by a Dominican immigrant to Costa Rica and was featured in a news story I saw on a television show.
