Dominion notification and entitlement of canada?

dominion notification and entitlement of canada said they would give me a truck/cash. i need to send 29.50 in order to recieve. anyone tried it? was it fraud?

I also got this offer. What did your offer say? Mine Entitled me to a Free Ford Expedition, but I have to send in 29.99 to a P.O Box #. Sounds very very fishy.

This is 100% fraud. Do not send any cash to them. We have received complaints in the UK and I have witnessed three of the motor vehicle certificates, each with the same vin number, entitlement ref. number etc, sometimes a different model. Inform your local police of this letter.
