Are there any skills you can gain to play and win and dominoes? Is this game just a luck game

    The is a simple rule in domino:

    "THERE IS 7 TITLES OF EACH KIND"

    This simple rule is everything. E.g: If there are 3 "3's" played, you own three  3's, you know you have to play to set the game to 3's only, because once your opponent plays his/her last 3 you can play the rest and there is a great chance for passing him/her.
