Dominos Pizza double charge??????

I just got my debit card statement from May we just moved and my mail hasnt been getting forwarded to our new address yet but I just got my may statment and it shows I got charged $14.62 on 5/19 and it shows I got charged 19.72 on 5/19 also since it was so long ago and not just yesterday I dont know how to get this fixed after I placed my order I realised I didnt have cash so I called back and paid over the phone it took the man for ever to do the payment and I could hear someone in the back stepping his through the process when the delivery guy got here he said he didnt see our payment info and did a hard copy of the card just in case so should i contact the store or should I contact them through the website? any suggestions

  1. Not sure how to fix this one, but in the near future do yourself a favor and pay cash. No wonder the country is in a mess. People charge things that were unheard of years ago like cigarettes, a bottle of soda, gas, groceries. coffee,etc.

    To me it makes no sense to charge small items with the chance that the transaction may not be posted correctly and have to pay the high interest as well.

    As far as the double charge, this might be straightened out by calling your credit card company and explaining the situation. Good Luck


  2. Yeah heres a suggestion quit ordering Domino's they stink. Then always pay delivers in cash less headaches.

  3. The best place to start is where the error occurred. It might be hard to explain why the totals are not the same.  It does look like an additional purchase.  

    Call the Manager.   Explain how you think the error occurred.  If it's not resolved, tell the Manager you plan to call the Better Business Bureau and call Domino's Corporate offices and will file a complaint.  

    If you don't get any satisfaction from Domino's, then call the Credit Card company and file a dispute.   Be sure to give the Credit Card company the BBB case number.

  4. Contact the store, then the Corporate customer service, then contact your credit card customer service. Next time tell the delivery guy to call his manager to confirm that you've already paid.

  5. Print your statement and go to the location where you ordered from and ask to speak with a manager.
