I have watched the Harry Potter movies and we have every one of the books in our house.

But I will say that there are many gullible people, who see the movies and decide, "Gee I want to be a witch."

I know that many here believe faith healers are cons, and many televangelists are, so I'm sure you can imagine who easy it is for a con to take advantage of so many young people who just haven't learned the in and outs of the real world yet.

I AM A CHRISTIAN and I LOVE Harry Potter! there is NO harm in watching/reading it if you know it's fake. It's called LITERATURE, not TRUTH.

-Edit-I don't think it's against God because not one place in any of the books or the movies does it imply devil worship or summoning spirits. It's just a fun little series, and I really enjoy it.
