  1. I say make money money, make money money......

It's just Kobe & LeBron trying to bully the NBA for more cash. i'd bet a paycheck that that IF either one is offered a contract..... they stay home. they will be making more money but will stay home.

  2. I don't know if that is entirely true...I mean, sure...they get paid a lot of cash, and it's their job..but I'm pretty sure they love the game. No one can be that committed and NOT love the game.

  3. It really depends on the person. I'm sure some are going for basketball, and some are going for money.

  4. They truly love the game. Kobe and LeBron is playing this game since they were kid. And their childhood dreams was fulfilled when then was drafted.

Anyway..LeBron really would like to be the first billionaire athlete in the World. Accepting this offer, he would be the first one.

I think they shouldn't do this. If they want to be the best and win at all..they must play against the bests in the World, which is the NBA. The Euroleague is not the premier basketball league in the world and won't be.

They are improving but they can't catch the phisycal of US's players. It's a kinda of different game. Totally different.

Here in US there are dunks, crosses and alley-oops, in the Europe there are layups and more fundamentals. That's why we shine over them.

    Thanks

    Eddie!

  5. I think its for the love of the game. They wudnt train and play and travel away from their family as much as they do if they didn't absolutely love the game

  6. i dont think its all about the money, but mostly about the money, i think if kobe went overseas it wouldnt really do anythin to his rep. he already has an nba championship, now he can jus get paid way more than in the nba...so i would do it if i was kobe

  7. Maybe before they became nba superstars they played for the love of the sport, but once they're in the nba, they take things for granted and need the money to motivate them.

  8. I know for KG its the game

  9. It takes more work then you'd ever think to make the NBA...SO it's basketball.

  10. Both those players contracts aren't up for at least 2 more years...before they can begin talks.  A lot can happen between now and then.  I still think people make a big deal when the big stars can't do anything at least for 2-3 more years.  It's always been about money in this day and age.  80's and 90's were the  last of the loyal NBA star playing for the love of the game.  It's all about that dollar come the end of the day.  But there will be more talented players just like Kobe and Lebron every year.  So let them go and have their money.  There's other stars willing to take there place.

Let's take a realistic look....50 million is the going rate right now for a top NBA star.  When Kobe and Lebron and D Wade are able to negotiate that price should at least be close to 70-80 million.  All those 3 stars would at least command that amount.  How much money do you think Europe clubs have to sign 4 or 5 stars.  So European clubs  are going to spend close to a billion dollars on a few NBA stars when it's all said and done.

  11. kobes rich as it is he could be playing with any team

and they wouldnt be plaing it if they didnt love it i mean lebron could still be playing tight end or playing as wide reciever bhut no he chose this one

and remember kobes always going to be the greatest

  12. im not sure if they love the game considering that some of americas stars like kobe and lebron are considering to go to euro just for the money. even though they are making more money in a year than most people in their whole lifetime.
