Don't Republican family values include chastity?

But, according to the Republican posters this morning, the fact that Palin's daughter is knocked up out of wedlock makes them all the more loveable. What HYPOCRITES.

This can happen to anybody right or left. The parents who preach

family values hope that their kids will follow their ideas and sometimes

the kids do follow their parents ideas and sometimes they don't

Lovable because they are admitting to being fallible humans during a time when people are constantly trying to cover up their flaws in an effort to appear perfect. We cannot control the actions of our family members as much as we'd like to believe we can. I do not believe for one second that makes anyone a hypocrite.

Most people who are "Republican" or "Democrat" do not fit precisely into these perfect little molds of what people perceive to be attributes of such labels. I wish more people would see that just because you're a member of one party does not necessarily mean that you subscribe to every single one of its beliefs. People like to put labels on everything and everyone as if it's all just so cut and dry. THIS is the reason that so many people shy away from discussing politics.
