The address is fake.

There is a Lancaster Gate in London W2.  SW2 0TS is not a valid post code. SW2 is Streatham/Brixton.

How did you send the money ?  If you paid by Pay Pal, e-mail eBay and they will refund your money and sort it out.  If you paid by any other method, then you should have read all the warnings on ebay.

What is his eBay id ?
