Don't even know why im bothering to ask this but....?

Question

Okay my husband and I are TTC #2 we have been trying for a few months now with no luck. I purchased some of the $1 tests from the dollar store cause I'm a HPT testing addict haha and this way im not blowing tons of money. Anyhow I am on CD12 and I swear I can see the lightest positive line it is VERY light though at first I didn't even notice it and then I looked back and I was like wait a minute....I am planning to go to the store and buy one of the First Responce tests later on today anyhow,but in the mean time what do you all think? Thanks so much!

if its only day 12 of your cycle it is very early. you may not have even ovulated yet. i am an addict too!! but i tend to wait until a week before im due on and then once a day until my period rears its head, but this month i got my BFP!!!! so fingers crossed this will your lucky month too!!

a line is a line so congrats. i found out from one of those cheap pregnancy tests so they do work.

I would say keep using the dollar store tests until you get several positives. Then if you want one of the first response tests then get one.

well i dont mean to sound negitive, but if you are only on cycle day 12, depending on the length of your cycles, you could be coming up on ovulation and sometimes hpt's will pick up the Lh surge and it will show as a very faint positive.  but then again, anythings possible so wait a few days and retest again and see what happens. Good luck and i hope it is your bfp!

I think you are pregnant!! The same thing happened to me with my first test. It was so faint I thought it was a shadow. I did another test the following morning and the line was clearly darker. Congratulations might be in order! Good luck! xx

that happend to my friend i don't know if it was a dollar store one but she had a very light line and when she took another onw it came back darker
