Don't like high gas prices?

Question

How can people put a price on the animal life in the world when they drive big SUVs and commute miles to work as they do in the US? Most of the guilty are high executives at big business like Nextell, Chase, AT&T, Mastercard, and Visa, to mention a few, not to mention the other minorities like the network channel affiliates, etc.

The biggest abusers are those in power like congressmen and senators. Why then are they the ones making the tax laws that increase their pay, along with the court fees and laws that take money from tax payers, while they drive the expensive, gas gussling SUVs.

Shouldn't we impose laws or tarrifs on our own law makers making them drive government vehicles which are eco friendly or low mpg brands, MADE in the US to promote US economy?

It's called status quo. Some high executives need to make themselves big and on top of the world by buying these road destroyers. But really inside, they are people pretending to be something big but they are not. Bigger sized cars and materials possessions are what make a person feel safe. They do these things because they know that they can afford it and they don't care much about the environment. Some believe that the world revolves around them. Making laws or tariffs on some of these people would be pointless.

Don't worry. These people won't have that break any longer. It's going to get to the point where all the companies will go bankrupt and go overseas. The problem with some of these high executives is they don't know how to be resourceful. There is going to be a day when payback will bite them in the behind and they didn't know what was coming to them. WATCH.

For the time being, always be prepared for any shortage crisis that will come our way. There will be a day when these unresourceful high executives come knocking on our door, finding they made bad judgment while they come begging on their knees for us to help them. Have pity on these people, they don't understand that one day the meek shall inherit the Earth.
