don't look like jessica simpson. can't get dates. how can i get dates if i look just normal. guys not interested in my type at all.

Most people DON'T look like Jessica Simpson.  Just look around you.  If you are keeping yourself clean, dressing nicely, then the key is CONFIDENCE.  If you're not getting dates and you look "normal" as you said, then you might be showing signs of insecurity, which can be a turn-off to many guys.  Try to act like you are happy, smile at a guy you like.  When you're talking to him, touch his arm (don't rub all over him though).  Sometimes shyness can be perceived as snobbishness, even though you don't sound like a snob at all.  I went through this when I was younger, and when I got older, I realized that the art of flirting goes a very long way.  Good luck!

I agree with bayou... self-confidence is what will really win over a decent guy, not looks - any guy who likes you just because if the way you look is not worth it. I used to be overweight and not very attractive, but i still dated a few sweet, kind guys!
